What are the minimum requirements to be considered for the graduate scheme?

In order to be considered for the graduate scheme, you must meet the following criteria:

What is the recruitment process?

What is the deadline to complete my application form?

The deadline to submit your application is 12pm on Wednesday the 9th September 2020

What is the salary for the role?

The starting salary for the role is £27,000 per annum

When will I be invited to complete the video interview?

We will start sending invitations to the video interview from the 5th August onwards.

How long will I have to complete the video interview?

You will have 4 days from the point of being invited to complete the video interview

What does the video interview consist of?

You will be asked three questions relating to Homes England values. The interview should take you around 10 minutes to complete.

What does the virtual assessment centre consist of?

The virtual assessment centre consists of three exercises, each exercise takes between 40 - 45 minutes to complete

How long do the vetting and pre-employment checks take if I am successful?

If you are successful at the assessment centre, we will carry out some vetting/ compliance checks which take approximately 2 weeks.

What is the start date if I am successful?

We are looking for successful candidates to start work in October pending successfully passing the pre-employment checks
